Sr.-Target Materials; TM Analyst

• Conduct target coordinate mensuration production using direct, registration, multiple image geospatial positioning and resection techniques to support employment of kinetic weapons.
• Produce geospatial and imagery-based target materials, perform weaponeering and battle damage assessments, and ensure compliance with DoD and CJCS standards.
• Perform quality control, update database records, and upload TM products to databases. Submit collection requests to meet target material requirements for current operations.
• Produce collateral damage estimates (CDE) using DCiDE/DIEE and generate imagery-based targeting products; assist with imagery research and exploitation.
• Assist with no-strike identifications, weaponeering to achieve desired damage criteria, and preparation of related target materials and BDA products.
• Contribute to targeting analysis to support CCMD AOR operations, adhering to DoD policy and CJCS/CCMD standards for target materials production.
• Adhere to information security protocols to safeguard classified information.

• Experience with Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM), MIDB, Google Earth; proficiency with CGS, JWS, DCiDE/DIEE, and Joint Targeting Toolbox.
• Certification requirements: NGA/CCMD/Service TMP certification;
  Basic CDE Methodology or PPM certification by NGA or NGA-accredited Service Component.
• Education:
  
  NGA/CCMD/Service TMP certification; preferred education includes completion of Joint Targeting, Geospatial Imagery/Targeting Analyst, or Air Operation Center course.
• Experience:
  
  typically 12+ years related to the labor category, with a portion in the last 2 years.
• Must be able to produce imagery and geospatial materials in compliance with DoD policy and CCMD policies; focused, tailored targeting materials analysis for CCMD AOR.
