Position Summary
We’re seeking a driven, self-motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to drive sales growth through high-volume activity, exceptional responsiveness, and consultative selling. This role requires a competitive mindset, strong communication skills, and a relentless focus on closing business while building lasting client relationships. This role focuses on consultative selling to small business owners through a structured outbound and inbound sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunt for new business through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach
- Handle inbound leads and customer requests with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain a high level of daily outbound and inbound call activity
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through close
- Consistently follow up to close open opportunities and move deals forward
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting data
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain consistent daily sales activity and fast response times
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail from qualification through closing
- Contribute positively to team effectiveness and collaborative performance
