Aboutthe Role
Gipson Cyber is seeking a full-time Account Executive who will own the end-to-end sales process. This role is for someone who wants more than just a quota. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, closing, and handing off deals, and you will help define how sales is done here.
This position is intentionally designed to grow into a leadership role. As the company scales, this person will help shape sales strategy and processes and, eventually, mentor or lead additional hires in sales.

What You Will Do- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close and handoff
- Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts and manage your own pipeline
- Run discovery calls and guide prospects through the buying process
- Present and position Gipson Cyber’s services to business and technical decision makers
- Manage pricing discussions, objections, and contract execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in the CRM
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and sales strategy
- Provide feedback that helps improve offerings, pricing, and the go-to-market approach
- Attend weekly sales training sessions to grow your knowledge and understanding
- 20% commission on closed deals
- Typical on-target earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000+, based on performance
- No commission cap. Growth is rewarded, not throttled
- Bonuses based on company performance
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales role
- Experience owning the full sales cycle end-to-end
- Proven ability to work independently and drive deals forward
- Strong discovery, qualification, and closing skills
- Comfortable selling services, SaaS, or subscription-based offerings
- Confident communicator with business owners and decision makers
- Experience using CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar
- Uncapped commission with clear, straightforward compensation
