We are looking for Business Development Representatives responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and supporting the sales pipeline through high-volume outbound activity.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for identifying needs, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales, with a clear progression path based on performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Perform 100+ daily outreach activities (calls, emails, texts, social touches)

  • Present and explain product value to potential customers
  • Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, notes, and follow‑ups
  • Manage pipeline activity and ensure proper follow‑up cadence
  • Handle objections and improve outreach messaging
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates
  • Follow structured processes and performance metrics
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in sales (inbound or outbound)
  • Experience in SaaS, POS, payments, telecom, or retail/hospitality
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot)
  • Total Targeted Cash: $63,000–$100,000
