Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients (real estate agents, mortgage brokers, builders) using various tools and databases.
  • Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social selling to connect with prospects and introduce our services.
  • Qualification: Determine if leads match ideal client profiles and have genuine needs for title/escrow services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and experienced Account Executives.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate professional relationships with real estate professionals to become a trusted resource.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and new services to refine outreach.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all activities, contacts, and opportunities in the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing on campaigns and sales with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs.

Must have an established book of business and be a HUNTER - Base salary with GREAT commission structure.
