OpportunityWe are hiring a Sales Development Representative based in Tampa, FL. This is not a remote role.
In‑office:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Remote flexibility:
Tuesday and Friday.
This is a true hunter role. Approximately 90% cold outbound and 10% warm engagement. You will be the first point of contact for executive and technical leaders across enterprise, commercial, and public sector organizations in LATAM and Spain.
Fluency in Spanish is required. Portuguese is a strong plus.
You will help infrastructure, platform, and AI leaders rethink how they manage operations across distributed environments without adding complexity.
What You’ll Do- Drive top‑of‑funnel pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting across LATAM and Spain
- Conduct outreach in Spanish and English across multiple time zones
- Leverage tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Dripify, Onfire.ai, Qualified, and Zoom Info to execute and optimize campaigns
- Partner with marketing to craft targeted, region‑specific messaging
- Manage high daily activity levels, including 100+ dials per day
- Qualify executive and technical buyers and schedule high‑quality discovery meetings
- Attend industry events to build pipeline and represent the Spectro Cloud brand
- Provide field feedback to marketing and product teams to refine positioning
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in an SDR or BDR role, ideally in SaaS or infrastructure technology
- Fluent Spanish speaker required;
Portuguese is a plus - Comfortable prospecting into LATAM and Spain markets and working across time zones
- Highly coachable, metrics‑driven, and energized by outbound sales
- Able to engage both executive and technical stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Based in Tampa
