William Ryan Homes is a residential home builder in the Tampa Bay communities looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Counselor. The right candidate is committed to selling our homes in a personal and professional manner, providing 100% customer satisfaction while meeting all assigned sales goals.

• Competitive commission-based salary

• Work at the Model Home sales office Saturday’s, Sunday’s, and 3 days during the week, 10am‑6pm, or by appointment
• Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the process – from pre‑sale to sale, close, and warranty
• Maintain professional and personal relationships within the broker community and developer liaisons
• Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic to sales appointments
• Work independently
• Be knowledgeable about new home designs, options, and features; proven aptitude for selling in a residential home‑building environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Minimum 2 years prior experience in new home sales or equivalent retail sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimal travel; employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license with insurance coverage
• Employee must have a cell phone with a data package
