Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator - [Your Painting Franchise Name] AboutThe Role
Were looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator to be the backbone of our sales department while driving our marketing efforts. This role combines administrative excellence with creative marketing execution—youll ensure our sales process runs smoothly from proposal to project kickoff while also building our brand presence in the market. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this is the perfect opportunity.
WhatYou'll Do Sales Support Responsibilities (50%)
- Follow up with customers on pending proposals and move them toward contract signing
- Coordinate color selections with customers and communicate choices to production team
- Schedule estimates and site visits for the sales team
- Prepare and send professional proposals, contracts, and project documentation
- Maintain and update CRM system with customer interactions, project status, and follow-up tasks
- Serve as a point of contact for customer questions during the sales process
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth handoff from sales to production
- Track sales metrics and pipeline health, providing regular updates to management
- Process paperwork, invoices, and administrative tasks related to sales
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and local advertising
- Create and manage content for website, social media platforms, and marketing materials
- Coordinate photography of completed projects and develop customer testimonials and case studies
- Manage online reviews and reputation across Google, Yelp, and other platforms
- Design promotional materials, flyers, newsletters, and presentations
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives (community events, partnerships, etc.)
- Track marketing metrics and campaign performance to optimize ROI
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, sales support, customer service, or marketing
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation with professional phone and email etiquette
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and design tools (Canva or similar)
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns
- Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating with the team
- Problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative
