The company is in a rapid growth phase, aiming for a quick exit strategy and offering equity to key hires. The software-based RPM solution for orthopedic practices provides digital protocols for surgeries, allowing physicians to monitor patients digitally and generate additional revenue ($250-$500 per patient) without requiring a physical device.

Why You Should Join Us

This is a Sales Representative role in the Central to East Coast area. The position is open due to the launch of a new software product, requiring a sales representative to establish and grow this new revenue stream. This is a new role as the company is just beginning to generate revenue with its new software model.

What You’ll Need

• Non-Negotiable:
  Minimum of five years of experience in upper extremity sales, preferably with hand experience. Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time. Entrepreneurial spirit, hunter mentality, and ability to thrive in ambiguity, with a focus on building the company for a quick exit (within 1.5 years). Strong existing relationships with surgeons and distributors.
• Preferred:
  Upper extremity neuro experience, or experience with stroke patients. 70-80% surgical sales, 20-30% rehab sales experience. Located in the East or South regions of the US.

Perks of the Job

Compensation:

• Base: $130-150k
• Total Comp: $220k
• Company ownership (equity), medical, cell phone allowance, car allowance, expenses. A 90-day MBO based on activity rather than commission was discussed to support ramp-up.
