- Objection handling, pitch refinement, and confidence-building practices
- Sales closing strategies aligned with in-person and promotional marketing principles
- Reporting, tracking, and client communication best practices designed for scalable growth
- Communicate with customers directly to promote Frontier’s internet and TV services through targeted marketing campaigns
- Lead product conversations, overcome objections, and close sales that generate revenue and enhance customer satisfaction as an Outside Sales Trainee
- Participate in Frontier’s promotional marketing efforts, brand outreach initiatives, and community-based sales events
- Educate customers on product features, service plans, and marketing promotions designed to raise product awareness and value perception
- Work alongside team members to track campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Senior Management to refine marketing strategies and adjust field execution for maximum impact
- Communicate campaign updates, sales results, and marketing performance insights directly to our client
