The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Sales & Design Consultant who can guide clients from initial inquiry through concept, design, and contract. This role blends relationship-based sales, creative design input, and consultative problem-solving. You’ll work directly with qualified leads who are seeking premium outdoor spaces — not price shoppers.
Responsibilities- Meet with homeowners to understand lifestyle, vision, and budget
- Present Site Worx’s design philosophy, construction standards, and process
- Collaborate on pool and outdoor living designs (pools, spas, kitchens, fire features, structures, etc.)
- Prepare and present proposals with confidence and clarity
- Manage follow-ups and move projects efficiently toward contract
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline tracking
- Represent Site Worx professionally in the field and in the community
- 3+ years of sales experience (construction, design, real estate, or luxury services preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Design-minded with an eye for aesthetics and detail
- Comfortable selling high-ticket projects ($100k–$350k+)
- Organized, self-motivated, and professional
- Familiarity with construction principles, pools, outdoor living, or residential construction is a plus.
- Ability to navigate one of the AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Structure Studios or similar 3d modeling/CAD software.
