Base pay range

$41,124.00/yr - $/yr

Priano is poised to open Tampa Bay’s premier design center, a 20,000 square foot showroom. We are seeking cabinetry, kitchen, and bath designers to add our team. We are looking for individuals proficient in 2020 Design, Office, and G‑suite. Netsuite experience and NKBA accreditations are a plus. This position will interact with prospective and existing clients, our sales team for projects they estimate and sell, builders, and our project management team to see the project to its completion.

Option to specialize in working with builders, residential, or walk‑in clients. Priano has a pipeline of customers and is expecting many more once the showroom formally opens.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with kitchen and bath design software (2020 Design).
  • Strong knowledge of cabinetry lines and collections. Ideally, intimate knowledge of counter top types and styles.
  • Working knowledge of interior design and eye for detail.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in kitchen and bathroom design.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to make presentations and close deals.
  • Proficient with MS Office software as well as average to fast typing skills.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Respond to leads and provide them with information on the company's products and services.
  • Consult existing and prospective retail, builder and commercial clients on cabinetry and bath designs.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow‑up communication in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Identify any omissions or inaccuracies in plans received from clients.
  • Handle all emails and questions related to the company's products in a timely manner.
  • Build productive relationships with retail, builder and commercial clients to generate referrals.
  • Maintain client information in CRM and ensure accurate and updated at all times.
  • Design each aspect of kitchen and bathroom projects, taking into account clients' budgets.
  • Present completed designs to clients, provide all necessary information, make adjustments as necessary, and close deals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to design kitchen and bath projects they are selling.
  • Assist in developing and growing the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Prepare all designs and documentation for new projects and pass them through to Scheduling and Purchasing.
  • Follow up with clients throughout installation and upon completion to ensure they are fully satisfied.
  • Revise designs based on change orders.
  • Maintain estimating computer files, including bid documents and plans.
