Fort Myers, FL - Bilingual Mortgage Loan Originator

Looking to take your Loan Officer career to the next level? Acrisure Mortgage has an exciting opportunity for a driven and relationship-focused Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) to step into a highly active, established builder account with built-in volume and serious growth potential.

The MLO will build relationships with our builder partner and visit communities on a regular basis. Communities are located in the Fort Myers, FL area. They will also participate in weekly pipeline status meetings. The MLO will interview customers to determine their financial needs and advise those customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing. The MLO will navigate the borrower through the mortgage process and help to gather required information through clear and timely communication.

The MLO must maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The MLO is required to meet sales goals and objectives. The MLO can work builder leads as well as self-source business.

• Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly
• Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing
• Navigate borrowers through mortgage process
• Help gather required information through clear and timely communication
• Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations
• Meet sales goals and objectives

• 3-5 years residential mortgage industry experience, preferably supporting a builder relationship
• FL Mortgage Loan Originator license required
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with builder and customers
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Strong technology skills, encompassed experience is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
• Must be located in or within a commutable distance to Fort Myers, FL
