Membership Support Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Membership Support Associate to help expand our sales capacity by owning initial outbound prospect outreach and supporting foundational membership tasks. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive first impression for potential members and ensuring a smooth, responsive early-stage sales experience.

• Send initial outreach emails and text messages to prospective members using established templates and processes
• Assist with basic membership and lead-management tasks, including updating records and tracking outreach activity
• Help ensure communication with prospects is timely, organized, and consistent
• Respond to basic inquiries and route warm or complex leads to Membership Sales Representatives as appropriate
• Support the membership team with administrative or coordination tasks related to prospect communication
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling member and prospect information

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in learning more about membership, sales, or guest experience
• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable
• Strong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals
• Capable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
