* ** Engage with customers via phone, text, and email to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle options
* Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and maintain consistent communication to keep customers informed and engaged
* Schedule sales and service appointments that drive store performance and customer satisfaction
* Update CRM records accurately and efficiently to support seamless customer experiences
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure strong handoffs and successful outcomes
* Stay informed on inventory, promotions, and product knowledge to provide confident, helpful guidance
** Qualifications
* ** Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence
* Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
