Job Description:

The Sales Consultant oversees membership sales, facility tours, and member retention. They create an environment that motivates and inspires members to achieve their goals, develop personal relationships, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect members and guests with the appropriate resources.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support an exceptional onboarding experience for new members to help them connect with our studio.
• Achieve self-generated lead targets each month.
• Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions.
• Meet monthly new member growth goals.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and safe gym environment for members and guests.
• Deliver outstanding sales and service experiences, ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive environment that inspires members to pursue their fitness goals within our community.

Qualifications:

• Motivated and passionate about health and fitness.
• Positive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with anyone.
• Comfortable learning new software such as Mind Body and Loyalsnap.
