This is a client-facing, consultative sales role focused on helping individuals and families find smarter alternatives to traditional health insurance. With rising healthcare costs, demand is strong—meaning warm leads, consistent opportunities, and real earning potential

No prior experience required. We provide full training, insurance licensing, and daily mentorship to set you up for success.

• Speak with clients who have requested information
• Educate individuals and families on healthcare coverage options
• Build trust and long-term client relationships
• Work daily warm leads (no cold calling)
• Close sales while staying compliant with insurance regulations
• Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills

• $80,000–$115,000+ first-year earning potential (uncapped)
