About Stanley Martin Homes
Stanley Martin Homes is one of the largest 25 homebuilders in the United States and one of the fastest growing. We believe your work should have a purpose – and it does. Our success starts with our people. We foster a culture where every team member is valued and supported, and we are proud to deliver exceptional homebuyer experiences while putting home buyers first.
Dayin the Life of an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager
Unlike a normal office job, your day begins between 9–10 am in the model home or sales office you’re assigned to. As the right hand of the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM), you set up the sales office for success, greet prospects, learn what’s important to them, and show available homes. You keep everything in order, stock brochure material, audit sales and marketing materials—including the website—to ensure all details are accurate, and support home buyers throughout the buying process.
Each week you’ll answer questions about home progress, loan information, and more. You’ll collaborate with corporate marketing to announce events, submit listings to and the MLS, and ensure the neighborhood looks great while providing high‑quality customer service to achieve sales goals.
