Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tampa, FL for an Insurance Advisor at Meda Health Associates. The Insurance Advisor will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and recommending suitable coverage options. Day-to-day responsibilities include leveraging company-provided leads, explaining insurance plans and policies, preparing quotes, assisting clients with the application process, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the Insurance Advisor will stay informed on industry trends and participate in training sessions to provide unparalleled service to clients.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in communication, active listening, and relationship building
  • Ability to understand insurance products, perform needs assessments, and provide tailored solutions
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and organizational skills to manage client portfolios effectively
  • Proficiency in using sales software and technology
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Licensing in insurance or willingness to obtain required certifications during the training period
