Sales Representative – Tampa Market. Right Hand Rhino | $60,000–$80,000+ | Full-Time.

This is not a retail or call-center sales job. Right Hand Rhino is hiring a Tampa-based Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial window-cleaning business by selling recurring services to local storefronts, restaurants, and retail businesses. You’ll sell a simple, proven service backed by an established brand and operations team. If you like autonomy, field sales, and being paid for results, this role fits.

• Prospect and close new B2B commercial accounts.
• Swing 50 commercial doors a day.
• Sell recurring window-cleaning services by walking in to each business in your area.
• Work assigned territories and self-source leads.
• Follow up on inbound leads and referrals.
• Coordinate with local operations.
• Track activity using simple CRM tools.
• This is an active, field-based sales role—not a desk job.

• Base pay: $31,200/year.
• 8% uncapped commission.
• Performance bonuses.
• Expected first-year earnings: $60,000–$80,000.

• Have B2B or field sales experience.
• Are comfortable prospecting.
• Manage your own time well.
• Are motivated by commission and results.
• Can travel locally in the Tampa metro area.
