We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Black Lion Insurance LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored plans to help them fulfill their health needs.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients through various channels to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer needs and provide appropriate options.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
    • Skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with technical or technology sales concepts is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • A keen interest in learning about the health insurance field and developing effective sales strategies.
