Join the Diabetes Care Account Manager role at Reliable Respiratory in Tampa, FL.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), insulin pumps, and related diabetes management products to endocrinology practices and other healthcare providers. As a frontline representative of our company, you will play a critical role in improving patient outcomes by connecting providers with the latest diabetes care technology.

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and other key decision-makers within assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell CGMs, insulin pumps, and associated diabetes care products in alignment with company sales goals and targets.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate providers on the clinical benefits and features of our product portfolio.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, reimbursement, and clinical support to ensure smooth onboarding and product delivery for patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts using CRM software.
  • Attend local and regional trade shows, educational events, and provider meetings as needed.
Requirement Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of medical sales or related healthcare sales experience required; experience in DME or diabetes care strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly within endocrinology and diabetes management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time and territory effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 60%.
