SMB Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new SMB customers and expand revenue within existing accounts.
• Identify and qualify leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value proposition and address customer needs and pain points.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company objectives.
• Track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools to drive accountability and visibility.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record selling technology solutions
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to restaurants or restaurant accountants
• Evidence of entrepreneurial streak including side hustles and start‑ups
• Comfortable with full cycle sales including cold calling and demoing (will not have a SDR so must be hungry to source and close their own deals)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills including the ability to articulate value propositions and address customer objections effectively
• Excited to be in‑person 5 days per week in Tampa
