We are looking for a driven individual to help source off-market deals by cold calling our database of mobile home parks and RV parks across the Southeast. This is a highly commissioned position with 30k base and UNLIMITED upside earning potential. You will be provided with a curated list of off-market properties to call- complete with accurate owner information. Plug and play!

If you work hard and put the time in, you will see results! Although prior cold-calling or real estate experience is preferred, it’s not required. But you must be willing to learn and be EXCITED!

To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable with persistent follow-ups, hearing “no” regularly, and putting in consistent effort even when you might not feel like it. It won’t be easy, and it may take several months to close your first deal, but the results are worth it if you stay consistent.

Compensation Structure:

This is a commission-only role. You will earn 1% of the purchase price for every deal you bring us that we close on.

We currently own and operate a portfolio of 30 properties, including mobile home parks, RV parks, self-storage facilities, and multi-tenant industrial.
