As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a motivated, bilingual Sales Specialist to join our headquarters team, with the potential to support and grow our presence in the Middle East.
Position Summary
The Sales Specialist (English & Arabic Speaking) will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting international sales initiatives. This role will begin at our U.S. headquarters and may transition to a position based in the United Arab Emirates, depending on business needs and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers in domestic and international markets
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions in both English and Arabic
- Identify new business opportunities, particularly within Middle Eastern markets
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, and compliance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using company systems
- Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as required
- Support market research and expansion strategies related to the UAE and surrounding regions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related industries preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Willingness and eligibility to travel internationally
- Interest in potential long‑term relocation to the United Arab Emirates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field preferred
