Location:

Onsite – Tampa, FL

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8‑hour shifts scheduled within this time frame)

Rotating Saturday Shift: Every 8–12 weeks, 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.

• 0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented mentality with the ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Quick learner of product knowledge and processes.

$18.71 – $29.92 (estimated monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles)

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
