. The Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and maximizing contract utilization within an assigned region. This is an opportunity for a self‑directed, entrepreneurial sales professional to impact the growth of one of the fastest‑growing companies in endoscopy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and key decision‑makers across hospitals, ASCs, and clinics.
Execute the PUSEN sales process from prospecting to close, exceeding territory sales targets.
Provide surgical case coverage and product expertise in the OR and other clinical settings.
Lead Value Analysis and economic justification discussions with healthcare stakeholders.
Manage territory business plans, forecasts, and CRM data with precision.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Attend industry meetings, conferences, and company training as assigned.
50% travel required for territory coverage, customer visits, and industry events.
- 2-3+ years of urology med device sales experience in the OR with documented success (i.e., awards, promotions, territory growth).
- Experience selling in complex clinical environments (Hospitals, ASCs, and Clinics).
- Comfortable navigating VAC/GPO conversations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and business acumen skills.
- Plus, if bilingual but not required.
- Ability to influence through clinical data and financial validation.
- High sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, and results‑driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Life Science).
- Must reside within the territory and meet all healthcare credentialing requirements.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation:
Base: $108K
Variable:
Uncapped commission plan paid monthly. Quarterly bonuses. More details to be shared.
OTE: $200-250K+

- Candidate HQ: resides within 1hr of Miami/along the I‑95 Corridor.
