Customer Care Representative (CCR) – $25-$40/hr Avg
On‑Site | Tampa, FL (Near Airport)
$18/hr base + uncapped SPIFFs

What You’ll Do- Handle inbound calls and convert every real opportunity into a booked job using proven scripts.
- Make outbound calls daily to past customers and new leads—maintenance reminders, follow‑ups, reviews, duct cleaning, memberships, and more.
- Stick to the script and build value with every call.
- Hit your targets

- You’re not willing to work 5 days a week (some shifts include weekends and evenings).
- Work “on call” on a rotation to cover inbound calls from 10 pm to 7 am occasionally.
- You don’t want to be on‑site (Tampa, FL near airport).
- You aren’t willing to make outbound calls

- $18/hr base + SPIFFs.
