• Handle inbound calls and convert every real opportunity into a booked job using proven scripts.
• Make outbound calls daily to past customers and new leads—maintenance reminders, follow‑ups, reviews, duct cleaning, memberships, and more.
• Stick to the script and build value with every call.

• You’re not willing to work 5 days a week (some shifts include weekends and evenings).
• Work “on call” on a rotation to cover inbound calls from 10 pm to 7 am occasionally.
• You don’t want to be on‑site (Tampa, FL near airport).
