Business Development Representative

Enformion is a dynamic and innovative data and analytics company that assists digital marketplaces in fraud prevention, risk management, seamless user onboarding, and fostering trust between shoppers and merchants. Our AI-powered solutions leverage extensive data intelligence and advanced behavioral analysis, enabling continuous monitoring for emerging risk indicators.

This role is hybrid and will require 3 days in our Tampa Bay office per week. Available to travel as required for meetings and conferences.

The salary is $55k, and $65k total comp with OTE

As a Business Development Representative at Enformion, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. Your mission will be to identify potential clients, establish initial contact through various prospecting tools, and set appointments for our Sales Team. If you're enthusiastic about sales, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for the data, fraud, and identity verification industry, this role could be your next challenge.

This role will report directly to the Business Development Manager.

• Utilize various tools such as Linked In, Hub Spot, email and phone calls to prospect potential clients and establish initial contact
• Set appointments for Sales Executives to further the sales process
• Consistently meet or exceed set KPIs such as call targets or lead qualification metrics.
• Develop a pipeline of viable opportunities and effectively manage the pipeline with the sales team, including timely follow up of all leads and advancing leads through selling process
• Understand and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Enformion products, content and solutions including the ability to articulate competitive differentiators and our value proposition
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue
• Ability to identify and communicate effectively with executives or other high-level officials within a customer's organization

• 1+ year experience in sales or business development
• Excellent communication, strong resilience, and tenacity
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) and digital prospecting channels
• A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive sales and exceed targets
• B2B sales and marketing experience
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive
  
  Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience, in sales, marketing or related field
