Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Sales – Publix Team. This role is ideal for someone with strong CPG broker experience and a proven track record calling on Publix Headquarters
. The Director of Sales will oversee sales operations and lead the strategy for driving growth within the Publix team. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with Publix stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional account management. This role will also involve managing a high‑performing sales team, aligning with internal and external partners, and implementing business development initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of CPG sales experience
    , including direct experience calling on Publix HQ
  • Must have Broker experience.
  • Must be located near Lakeland, FL (Lakeland, Tampa, Orlando)
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong Customer Service and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to maintain a client‑first approach
  • Experience in Team Management, including mentoring, coaching, and driving performance
  • Competence in Business Development, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and demonstrate self‑motivation
  • Familiarity with the consumer packaged goods industry and Publix market is highly desirable
  • Spins Satori knowledge is a plus along with the ability to mine data
