Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of sales operations within the call center to optimize performance and efficiency
- Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and procedures to improve sales execution
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with sales leaders to drive strategy and align operational processes with sales goals
- Train and develop team members to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and operational protocols
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators
- Identify areas for automation and technology needs to streamline processes
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or management within a call center environment
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while managing multiple projects
