- W2 – Employee Sales Representative (Company-supported, structured development)
- 1099 – Independent Sales Contractor (Experienced, self-managed high-performers)

- Fast Start Bonus
- Earn $200 per claim filed, up to $5,000 in your first 30–60 days
- Compensation Structure: 1099 Veteran Contractors (With Proof of Performance)
Must show $1,000,000+ in previous annual roofing/solar/exterior revenue (Proof required – CRM screenshots or pay stubs).
- Commission: 14–15%
- O&E Fee: 10%
- Fast Start Bonus: $200 per claim filed (up to $5,000)
- No schedule requirements – full autonomy
- Access to optional company marketing/equipment package
- Eligible for contests, incentive trips, and tier bonuses
Under $1,000,000 Prior Revenue.
- Commission Tiers:
- $250,000 = 11%
- $500,000 = 12%
- $750,000 = 13%
- O&E Fee: 20%
- Fast Start Bonus: $200 per claim filed (up to $5,000)
