We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Solutions Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional with experience selling SaaS-based solutions, preferably within the healthcare space. The successful candidate will focus on selling integrated and non-integrated solutions to our existing customer base while developing strong product knowledge and consultative sales skills.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth as our solutions portfolio evolves.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience selling SaaS-based products or solutions
  • Healthcare technology or healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively call into an existing Practice Suite (PS) and MMD customer base to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Sell a portfolio of integrated and non-integrated healthcare solutions, including but not limited to:
    • 1) Practice Marketing
    • 4) AI Transcription
    • 5) Clinical Decision Support
    • 7) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals
  • Deliver solution-oriented product presentations and demos aligned to customer needs
  • Educate customers on the value, benefits, and ROI of assigned solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities, from initial outreach to close
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in the CRM
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Implementation, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings
  • Consultative selling mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical and healthcare-related concepts
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
