Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types:
Annual Bonus and Commission

• Prospect and close new commercial HVAC projects and service contracts.
• Build relationships with owners, property managers, GCs, and engineers.
• Respond to RFPs, prepare bids, and present proposals.
• Manage pipeline and achieve annual sales targets.

• 5+ years documented commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Proven track record closing large projects.
• Existing Tampa market contacts strongly preferred.
• Technical HVAC knowledge and clean driving record.
