Business Development - Property Management Software - Startup - College Income Tampa

Are you a college student looking to make extra money while in school this year? The Business Development Account Manager (RezX) position is about evangelizing, promoting and signing up small to mid-size property managers, independent landlords and renters for  online tool suite.

Contract position focused on growing Rezedent's user base among property managers, independent landlords and renters for the Rezedent platform, including maintenance requests, secure payments, and communications tools for rental communities.

• Demo the tool to prospects
• Sign up PMs, independent landlords and renters for Rezedent
• Farm and hunt new business among small to mid-size landlords
• Maintain relationships with property managers and ensure integration with the Customer Success team
• Maintain contacts in assigned Rezedent Hub Spot account
• Have PMs complete Legal Entity and Merchant Account(s)
• Manage units: upload and data entry of resident emails, rents, late fees, etc. A template is provided for larger properties
• Activate properties and ensure they are set up correctly in the system

• Has an interest in Property Management, Real Estate and Software as a Service
• Upbeat, energetic personality with the ability to bring a positive energy
• Go-getter, ambitious and willing to approach new people
• Reliable; able to work with partners and teams
• Some sales experience or willingness to learn; able to explain why Rezedent is unique
