Lightfire Printing is a fast-growing custom print shop specializing in DTF transfers, embroidery, wide-format printing, and personalized apparel and products. We sell across multiple online marketplaces and pride ourselves on fast service, high-quality products, and excellent customer communication.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to manage our eBay and Etsy stores. This role involves creating listings, handling customer communication, coordinating custom order requirements, and working closely with production to ensure orders are completed accurately.

The ideal candidate is organized, independent, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Create and manage product listings on eBay and Etsy.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, photos, and keywords.
• Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with customization requests and order questions.
• Communicate clearly with production regarding custom requirements.
• Track orders and resolve issues or delays.
  
  Maintain marketplace standards for performance and service.
• Learn print shop processes to accurately represent product capabilities.
• Ensure all customer specifications are documented correctly.

• Experience selling on eBay and/or Etsy (required).
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable learning technical details about custom products.
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Experience in ecommerce, retail, or print industry is a plus.

• Full-Time.
• Monday - Friday.
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
