Our Louis Vuitton Tampa location is seeking a motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented Full Time Operations Associate to join its team.

In this role, you will secure back‑of‑house efficiency, support the team in providing optimal service to clients, and ensure all processes are completed in line with the standards of the brand.

This is an ideal position for someone seeking to grow their career in a luxury retail back‑of‑house environment and has an interest in contributing their skill and knowledge of operations, stock, repairs and after sales.

To be successful in this role you should have experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus. You must be extremely organized, love problem‑solving, be detail oriented, and approach all issues proactively. Luxury retail experience is preferred.
