Job Opportunity

We are looking for dynamic Sales Associates for our Tampa location. We thrive on teamwork, customer service, and joy of spreading Little Words Project’s message. Sales Associates share brand story, provide personalized recommendations, answer questions, and guide customers through the in‑store shopping experience.

• Help facilitate in‑store beading appointments, parties, and other special events
• Introduce new products to customers and recommend items based on their needs
• Answer questions related to merchandise and store policies
• Process transactions accurately on the POS system
• Keep the sales floor tidy and well‑stocked with merchandise
• Assist in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise on the sales floor
• Operate inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs
• Assist customers at the bead‑your‑own bracelet table by tying their bracelets
• Fulfill in‑store custom orders by beading bracelets and contacting customers when complete
• Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

• Customer Service Experience
• Retail Experience is preferred
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to be creative in terms of the beading table and capturing content
• Problem‑solving attitude
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Passion for learning and sharing LWP's core values, including positivity and kindness
