• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and collaborating with co‑workers to deliver excellent sales service.
• Deliver sales and outstanding customer experience while meeting operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and productivity goals.
• Engage every customer by asking open‑ended questions to assess needs.
• Learn and share product and trend expertise to fit customer needs.
• Stay aware of all product knowledge, current and upcoming product trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

• 0‑3 years of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Rate of Pay: $15.00 / hour
