As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our team, helping create an engaging shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and maintaining store visual standards.

• Create an enjoyable shopping environment that encourages customer loyalty
• Maintain visual standards in your designated sales floor zones
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional services like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising
• Share fashion and music trend updates with management and HQ
• Ensure store security and prevent theft in collaboration with management
• Organize stockroom and keep the store tidy
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for music and pop culture a plus
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
