• Provide excellent customer service to daily and monthly parking patrons.
• Attend to customers’ needs, questions, and concerns regarding parking.
• Perform light maintenance in the parking office and with parking equipment.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and work well in a team setting.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required; flexible schedule available.

• Customer‑service savvy
• Ability to handle a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Capable of standing for long periods
• Comfortable speaking to people from all walks of life and keeping the work area organized
• Experience in a parking garage/lot setting preferred

• Follow verbal and written directions
• Excellent customer service skills – minimum of one year of experience
• Dependable
• Minimum one year of experience working in an office setting
