Join Lens Crafters, a brand of Essilor Luxottica, to provide high‑quality eye care and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a Licensed Optician who can deliver personalized eyewear solutions and support our team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Welcome customers, set expectations, and guide them through the eyewear selection process.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses.
• Take and record measurements; accurately adjust/fit eyewear to meet customers’ standards.
• Assist teammates with complex prescriptions and product needs.
• Utilize dispensing technology in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional product knowledge.
• Identify root causes of issues, proactively problem‑solve, and exceed customer expectations.
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage competing priorities to achieve KPI targets.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; report safety opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure as an optician.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer‑service skills (communicator, listener, team builder).
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and basic math skills.
• Awareness of fashion trends; selling skills; ability to use an iPad/tablet and POS.
• Comfortable with new technology and change.

• Previous customer‑service and retail experience.
