[Part-time]

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Barback to join our team! As a Barback, you will support the bar staff by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. You will play a key role in ensuring customers enjoy a seamless experience while helping bartenders maintain efficient service.

• Assist bartenders in preparing for service by stocking bar supplies (e.g., liquor, beer, garnishes, glassware).
• Ensure the bar and surrounding area is clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Refill ice bins and replace empty kegs, bottles, and other supplies.
• Maintain and clean bar equipment, including sinks, bar tops, and storage areas.
• Assist with the transportation of drinks to customers when needed.
• Handle and dispose of waste, recycling, and trash as required.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the bartender or manager of restocking needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping to ensure a pleasant atmosphere at the bar.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the bar.
• Maintain safety standards in the bar area, ensuring proper handling of glassware and equipment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of basic bar operations is a plus.

• Must be able to walk and stand for hours at a time. Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Balance and walk with heavy trays, dinnerware and drinks full time.

• High School or better.
