How we look & appear to each guest provides an important impression of our Company. Responsibilities

The Server is responsible for serving both food and beverage to guests, obtains information from guests and ensuring a positive guest experience in our Fine Dining Restaurant Outlets. These include:

• Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
• Cipresso Italian Retaurant
• The Rez Grill

• Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant.
• Greets guest in restaurant in a positive manner.
• Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
• Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
• Other assignments as directed.

• Open availability is preferred
• Fine dining food serving experience is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required with a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of high volume service , or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
