Cook

We are a family-owned restaurant specializing in authentic Mediterranean and Italian-inspired dishes, committed to delivering fresh, flavorful meals to our guests. We’re looking for a skilled Cook with a passion for high-quality food and attention to detail to join our kitchen team.

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Assist chefs with basic cooking tasks (sauces, marinades, chopping, slicing, marinating).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Ensure prep is completed on time for service.
• Assist with inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients.

• Previous experience as a prep cook or similar role, preferably in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine.
• Knowledge of knife skills and basic cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong sense of teamwork and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Food Safety Certification (preferred but not required).
