The Food & Beverage team ensures a fresh, in-stock, and safe shopping experience, managing operations, inventory, and food safety standards across the store.

• Gain knowledge in guest service fundamentals and build a guest-first culture.
• Provide consistent Starbucks experiences through handcrafted products.
• Manage food quality, safety, and freshness.
• Follow food safety and OSHA guidelines.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with quality beverages and food.
• Maintain food safety standards and store routines.
• Support Drive Up and other guest services.
• Create a welcoming environment and engage with guests.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and inventory procedures.
• Complete all required training and support a safe, ethical work environment.

• Previous food service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
