We are seeking a skilled and friendly barista to join our team in Tampa, FL at the Marriott Tampa Westshore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, taking customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to company recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, including taking customer orders and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies as needed
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
