Investment Real Estate Acquisition Associate

Retail & Investment Real Estate | Tampa Market | Full-Time

This is a full-time, team-based role — not a solo agent position. You ll have access to:

• Owners who are actively flipping homes and managing their own rental portfolios
• A strong internal lead system (a built-out system that provides our agents with off-market leads at NO COST to you)
• A collaborative, supportive team culture (We value quality over quantity)
• Ongoing training and mentorship (There s no sink or swim, we take ownership over every team member s success)
• Exposure to all facets of investment real estate (Flips, wholesale real estate, retail, residential & commercial)
• Competitive commission splits with room to grow (Performance-based culture)

• Identify investment opportunities in our general market
• Source and negotiate properties with both buyers and sellers
• Represent buyers and sellers in traditional retail transactions
• List and sell company-owned fix & flip properties
• Sell investor-owned projects
• Work across multiple investment strategies, including:
  Fix & flips;
  Wholesale real estate;
  Rental and buy-and-hold properties
• Learn deal analysis, investor mindset, and transaction structuring from active investors

• Licensed real estate professional (or willingness to obtain license)
• Highly motivated individual ready to hustle
• Full-time availability
• Local to the Tampa Bay market

• Strong interest in both retail and investment real estate
