HLI Partners is seeking Commercial Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team, with opportunities in Tampa, Fort Myers, and Jacksonville
.
This is a full-time role where brokers are responsible for originating and executing commercial real estate transactions, including lease negotiations, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and brokerage advisory services
. Brokers will work closely with senior leadership and clients to deliver thoughtful market analysis, strategic guidance, and transaction execution.
- Represent landlords, tenants, and investors in commercial real estate transactions
- Negotiate leases, listing agreements, and purchase & sale contracts
- Execute tenant representation and advisory assignments
- Prepare broker opinions of value (BOVs), underwriting, and market analyses
- Prospect and develop new client relationships within assigned markets (i.e., cold calling, door knocking, mailers, etc.)
- Market exclusive listings to qualified users and investors
- Track local market conditions, pricing trends, and transactional activity
- Collaborate with senior brokers and leadership on strategy and deal execution
Required:
- Experience in brokerage, commercial real estate, sales, or tenant representation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Background in industrial, office, retail, or investment sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and client relationships
