Description

Become a Listing Agent and work alongside the top 20% of real estate experts throughout North America. We provide a clear roadmap to success supported by tested strategies, advanced technology, innovative tools, personalized coaching, ongoing education, and a strong accountability framework. This commission-driven role rewards your hard work and commitment, leveraging our comprehensive resources to fast-track your professional development. Responsibilities

• Generate leads through a designated lever on a weekly basis
• Host two open houses consistently
• Turn prospecting and lead generation into appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
• Take part in team activities as per team standards
• Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, Morning Power Up, and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
• Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Qualifications

FL Real Estate License (REQUIRED)

Sales: 1 year (Required) - 4-10 units sold yearly minimum

Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
